One of our trips up to KY a friend of the family took over the kitchen and made a fabulous garlic sauce. So when we decided to do Greek for New Year's Day, Aaron knew he wanted to add garlic sauce to the menu. Only problem was he decided this rather last minute and we couldn't get in touch with the friend of the family. So after hunting around on the internet, he mixed and matched a few recipes with our memories and came up with the below.
- 4 bulbs garlic, cloves separated and peeled
- 1 C. lemon juice
- 1 t. salt
- 1 C. olive oil
- 1 C. canola oil
