While we continue to work on our stack of recipes and some additional goals (such as eating less meat and diversifying our fruits and vegetables), we have realized that we need to take a short vacation from the blogging aspect of being Two Happy Bellies. There is a lot going on in our lives and when that happens, we head back to our old favorites - the recipes we know by heart and love to eat. We expect to be back blogging in June . . . when we'll let you know how we did in April and May.
